If an account breaks these terms or threatens the platform, staff can suspend it, restrict it, terminate it, or blacklist it — including without a long explanation.

Do not attack Blind Tool or try to get around its protections. That covers, among other things:

• bypassing safeguards;
• accessing systems without permission;
• knowingly exploiting bugs;
• interfering with normal operation.

Breaking this can mean instant account closure and loss of access, with no refund.

Be civil. The following are not allowed:

• harassment;
• threats;
• intimidation;
• abuse or disrespect;
• deliberately false accusations.

Severe cases can end in a blacklist and a permanent ban from our services.

• Things can break because of Discord changes, leaks, third-party shifts, or our own mistakes. We fix what we can. A break does not entitle you to a refund.
• We may alter, pause, or retire any product at any time.
• “Lifetime” means access for as long as that product stays available — not a guarantee it exists forever.
• If a product is discontinued for good and we later release a successor, we may offer that successor at a discount.
• Licenses are for you alone. Do not share them.
• Sharing a key or login can void the license on the spot, without a refund.
• Reselling is forbidden unless you are an authorized reseller.
• Keys that sit completely unused for about 3–6 months may be cleared automatically.

• Stock ships on an as-available basis.
• If we cannot fulfill a standard order, that order is refunded.
• Once payment clears, the purchase is final except where these terms say otherwise.
• Sending more than required does not create a surplus refund.
• Sending less than required does not create a refund either.

For order issues or delivery problems, always include your Invoice ID / Order ID. We may be unable to help without that reference.

Buying Rebrand also means you accept:

• Sell at the listed price.
• Do not undercut unless we approve it first.
• Rebrand sales are final — no refunds.
• Breaking Rebrand rules can revoke panel access.

Included:

• Logo, links, copy, and other customizations the product exposes.
• Full panel access.

We can rewrite or expand these terms at any time without prior notice. Buying again — or keeping access after an update — counts as accepting the current text, even if you stop using the product later.
